IPDA topics from a November 2014 tournanment

A friend contacted me a couple weeks ago asking if I'd be willing write IPDA topics for their tournament. The following 30 topics are what I was glad to submit.

The United States should significantly decrease its aid to Israel.
The United States should significantly decrease its spending on defense.
The United States should significantly increase its spending on education.
Recognize Palestine.
The Israeli government should be tried for war crimes in Gaza.
The United States should increase its use of weaponized drones.
Canada should significantly increase its spending on national security.
The United States should abolish the DEA.
The United States should end the “War on Drugs.”
The United States should remove marijuana from Schedule I.
Oregon voters should pass Measure 91.

The President should pardon Edward Snowden.
